Fitbit began rolling out Daily Readiness Score, a feature that suggests Premium users whether they should exercise or recover. Fitbit Charge 5 is getting an electrocardiogram (ECG) app as well. The company has also added a blood glucose logging tool in the Fitbit app in India.
